The Moor pack utilizes the thermal properties of the Moor. It is used primarily for easing aches and pains associated with muscle or joint problems.
sBBHeat the moor paste to a temperature of 40C (104F) by placing sufficient ELIXEA Body Mask in a stainless steel bowl and placing the bowl in hot water. Soak a large cloth in hot water, wring out and spread out on a flat surface. Now spread a layer of the heated Moor approximately one finger thick onto the cloth. Apply the compress to the affected part of the body, so that the Moor directly touches the skin.
sBBWrap the treated part of the body in warm towels or blankets, and allow the Moor to work for at least one hour. Remove the pack and rinse any residue off with warm water. Make sure that the room temperature is above 22C (72F) throughout the treatment.
sBBMassage ELIXEA Tension Balm or Joint Balm into the treatment area as appropriate.
sBBContra-indications: all acute febrile conditions, tuberculosis, severe heart problems and tumors.
